By accessing or using the AWM Services platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AWM Services provides a cloud-based field service management software platform designed for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool maintenance businesses. The Service includes work order management, scheduling, dispatch, reporting, invoicing, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as outlined in our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

  • Standard Plan: $28/month — Up to 2 Users
  • Professional Plan: $35/month — Including First 4 Users
  • Business Plan: $88/month — Including First 10 Users

5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with the Service.

6. User Data & Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Service's performance
  • Reselling the Service without authorization

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWM Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and you are responsible for exporting your data before cancellation. We may retain data for a reasonable period as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice within the Service.
